CMS - Case Management System
A complete case management system designed and developed by Delphi Computer Consultants to monitor and control the business operations of the Court of Session, High Court and Sheriff Courts. This client/server system has a basis of the tried and tested Oracle architecture with a flexible interface developed in Microsoft Access.

eDiary for the Courts
An Electronic Diary system for the programming of court business in the Supreme Courts. The system integrates with CMS and incorporates:-
  • creating and managing programmes of business for the Supreme Courts
  • scheduling of judge commitments
  • producing statistics and reports
  • managing courtrooms

eMail Monitor
A system that controls the receipt, delivery and distribution of e-mails to locations in an organisation. The system was developed for the Court Service and performs the following functions:-

The application runs on a dedicated PC 24 hours a day, shutting down temporarily to allow for backups. Optionally the system can control emails for more than one company.

Guardian
The Guardian will monitor the status of any application or process on a regular basis. If the selected program or process is not responding when the check is made, the Guardian can shut down the program and restart it. The frequency of the checks and number of failures before restart can be configured to allow for early detection of an application failure and allows flexibility for processor intensive applications.

Regatta Entry Processing
A system to provide on-line facilities for running a major regatta. Functions included capture and manipulation of entries electronically, boat hire and booking of entertainment packages. The system was developed for the FISA World Masters regatta 2005 in which around 550 clubs with 4000 competitors took part.

Performance Management System
A major financial Performance Measurement system was implemented for the Association of Investment Trust Companies in London. This project involved providing a centralised database for the organisation as well as replacing an existing out of date system. It started in 1995 and after several phases was completed in 1998. This project included providing an OLE interface to Pagemaker to generate the MIS, a journal produced monthly by the AITC.
